Raditya Adi (born August 4, 2000) is an Indonesian rapper, songwriter, and record producer from Lampung, Indonesia. He is known for his socially conscious songs about real-life struggles, such as Orang Miskin ("Poor People") and Nasib Orang Susah ("The Fate of the Poor").

Early Life[]

Raditya was born and raised in Lampung. Growing up in modest economic conditions, he once worked as a gardener and construction laborer to help support his family.[1]

His interest in music began during his teenage years. Although he had no formal music education, Raditya often wrote lyrics inspired by his own life experiences. For him, music is a medium to tell stories and inspire others who are struggling.[2]

Raditya first gained attention after releasing his debut single "Orang Miskin" in 2022 with Jenieta Yobel Lie.[3] The song drew public attention for its honest portrayal of the struggles of the lower class.

In 2023, Raditya released his second song, "Nasib Orang Susah", again collaborating with Jenieta Yobel Lie.[4] In the same year, he also released a romantic single titled "Aku Mencintaimu" ("I Love You"), dedicated to his idol Annisa Nurfauzi.[5]

Aside from writing and performing his own music, Raditya also produces tracks for other musicians, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. He aims to provide opportunities for anyone to create and thrive in the music industry.
